Salon Policies: all customers accept the following terms and conditions when they request a service with Paris Rose Hair Artistry.  

    • Deposit: as these appointments are highly sought after we do ask for a $100 deposit from all new clients to secure your FIRST appointment. This payment can be made via electronic transfer and is to be paid within 24 hours of receiving our bank details . This is a one time only payment and will be deducted from the cost of your service. The $100 deposit is non refundable.

    • ​Cancellation Policy: we require a minimum of 48 hours cancellation notice prior to your scheduled appointment. A cancellation fee of $100 will be charged to you at your next appointment with PRHA If you fail to notify us about any cancellation or changes to your appointment 48hours before your scheduled arrival*. (*extreme circumstances will be taken into consideration) 

    • Returns Policy: we have a 7-day return policy, this means if you are not satisfied with the service received,  you have 7 days after your colour or cut to request a redo service at no extra cost. Change of mind is not covered under our returns policy.
